About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the vital role of Industrial Sand Blaster and Spray Painter. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, sandblasting, and applying industrial-grade paint using spray guns. You will work with various materials, including steel and galvanized steel, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
o Sandblast a variety of industrial and agricultural components.
o Apply industrial paint coatings using spray guns.
o Prepare surfaces and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
o Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
o Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
o Familiarity with painting equipment and safety procedures.
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
o Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o A proactive attitude and good communication skills.
Preferable, but not mandatory:
o Proven experience in industrial sandblasting and spray painting
o Forklift ticket.
o Mechanical skills or experience with industrial machinery.
o A valid driver's licence.
